A big thank you to Founder and Editor In Chief of CoART Magazine’s Nick Curtis for a wonderful write up on Mighty Mo. I have been sharing with Nick of Mighty Mo’s progress and Nick has beautifully captured Mighty Mo’s essence and story through this write up. You can read the entire article here.
Mighty Mo is ready for preorder. There are only 25 of the Original Edition and these will be shipping out in late September and through October as they are finished. They are all handmade and hand painted with care and a lot of love!
Figure is removable from base and comes in a wooden box with a limited edition foil collector’s card and Certificate of Authenticity. Each figure is signed and numbered by Okedoki.
You can preorder Mighty Mo here.
Here are the Mighty Mo collector’s card and stickers which will be included with the Mighty Mo figures.
We wanted to tell a story about Mighty Mo. Where is he from? What is his motive? Why is he a frog? He has so much personality and we felt having a collectors card to share his story would be a really fun way. We went all out and made the cards holographic and it looks super cool.
More updates to come. Currently Mighty Mo is still being painted with the base in production. We had to redo the base (3 times!) since it imploded in the pressure pot. Hopefully 3rd time’s a charm. ;)
Hello everyone, sorry for the long wait for an update with Mighty Mo. It has been a very busy few months. Usually when you don’t hear from us, it is nose to the grindstone in the studio and we are busy brewing something. Every step takes time and energy so thank you for being patient with each project as we bring it to life.
Below are some photos of the castings. With every project we are learning more and more and hope to improve upon the last. These turned out pretty good. Next step is sanding, then priming and painting.
Also below is an update on the wooden box Mighty Mo will be packaged in. He is a very unique little frog and we want to make sure he comes in something special to celebrate him. These will be stained this coming week.
Thank you again for your interest in my art. Stay tuned, more updates to come! :)
