I created this piece for the Emilio Garcia’s “Brain Evolution” Group Custom Show at Toy Art Gallery in Los Angeles.

I love the idea of watching a world inside a glass container. Being the observer.

For this piece, I did some experimental work, combining materials never used before. The piece was extremely fun to do, with the final result being very profound to me: that we are part of the very source that created us, and we must respect our connection with Nature and all it’s properties.

Materials: Vinyl, epoxy resin, metal, clear resin, tree foliage, found objects, acrylic, glass container

To me a lush carpet of pine needles or spongy grass is more welcome than the most luxurious Persian rug. - Helen Keller
